ResponsibilitiesKey duties and responsibilities
- Assist to price reinsurance transactions ;
- Collaborate closely with actuaries and the underwriting team;
- Provide underwriting with reports on pricing and expected profitability;
- Complete studies to improve pricing parameters and evaluate the profitability of various segments of business;
- Assure appropriate utilisation of pricing and evaluation tools;
- All other miscellaneous responsibilities as required by management;
Duration
- October 2026 for a period of 6 months
Experience:
- Previous internship experience in insurance preferred but not essential
- Strong interest to pursue a career in the actuarial field
Personal Competencies:
- Strong pragmatic problem solving capabilities
- Logical, organised and attentive
- Team spirit
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
Digital Competencies:
- Practical experience in MS Excel VBA, Powerpoint, and Databases strongly preferred
