As the Pricing Director, you will work closely with marketing and product management, engineering, field sales organization, key business partners and the senior management team, to maximize the profitability of the business by systematically employing key pricing levers. You will manage the pricing and reimbursement strategies for current and future products. You will analyze market drivers and competition to determine price of new products. You will deliver financial impact by deploying best-in-class marketing tools and framework.
You will directly lead a team of marketing professionals and will be responsible for hiring and developing strong talent.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
As the Director, Global Pricing your responsibilities will include:
-Pricing Strategy - Analyze market trends and corresponding value-based price strategies with market strategy teams to understand competitive threats and refine approaches for price capture.
-Pricing Decisions - Partner with Offering Management, Business and Sales leaders to implement pricing strategies including pricing tiers and thresholds to optimize margins.
-Pricing Execution - Streamline and improve the price delivery, price change and pricing process
-Pricing Performance Monitoring and Evaluation - Develop comprehensive methodologies using analytical tools and drive robust pricing reporting to provide guidance to senior leadership to enable better decision making (both pre- and post-price changes).
-Identify Pricing Process Improvement Opportunities - Evaluate ideas, model impact, gain alignment and implement pricing process changes that drive operational efficiencies.
-Pricing Analytics & Reporting - Develop both strategic reporting analytics and appropriate audit and governance reporting to help drive process improvement and a visual management lens to ensure pricing effectiveness.
-Pricing System - Ensure the current and future pricing system needs and enhancements are delivered.
-Strong leadership - Directly lead and manage the pricing group, as well as drive change across the business to help the company culture accelerate pricing acumen and execution

•8 years commercial experience with Sales, Marketing or Finance
•Relevant pricing experience
•Strong financial modeling skills demonstrated by ability to create pricing structures and P&L analysis with multiple scenarios
