About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Pricing Director Eurasia to elevate and lead our pricing strategy across the region. In this high-impact role, you will act as the strategic bridge between senior leadership and regional pricing teams, driving value creation, commercial excellence, and the implementation of world-class pricing capabilities.
You will be responsible for shaping a modern, value-based pricing approach, implementing advanced price tracking systems, developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and enabling our organization to make smarter, data-driven commercial decisions. As a key leader within the business, you will coach and empower regional pricing managers and play a critical role in the integration of newly acquired businesses into our pricing ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership & Senior Stakeholder EngagementAct as a trusted advisor to the senior leadership team, guiding pricing decisions aligned with business and market dynamics.
Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends, customer insights, and opportunities for commercial growth.
Develop, implement, and optimize value-based pricing models.
Ensure pricing strategies reflect customer value and support long-term commercial objectives.
Lead the deployment and enhancement of advanced price tracking systems.
Monitor market pricing, support competitive positioning, and enable data-driven decision-making across the region.
Lead, coach, and develop regional pricing managers.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing, and commercial excellence.
Provide targeted training to elevate pricing capabilities across the business.
Drive the implementation of Solenis pricing philosophies, modern pricing tools, and best-in-class processes.
Oversee adoption, change management, and integration across all Eurasia territories.
Support the integration of newly acquired businesses into the Eurasia pricing framework.
Align pricing structures, harmonize processes, and ensure strategic coherence.
Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer dynamics.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Partner with sales, marketing, finance, product management, and operations to ensure pricing strategies are commercially viable and successfully executed.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
8–10 years of progressive experience in pricing, revenue management or commercial strategy, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in strategic pricing within a multinational environment.
Strong expertise in value-based pricing methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience developing teams.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior executives.
Strong proficiency with pricing tools, analytics platforms, CRM systems, and advanced price tracking solutions.
Experience with change management and business integration projects.
Highly analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
