The Role & What You Will Be Doing

We are seeking a Pricing Coordinator with solid experience in the pharmaceutical sector, capable of leading strategic pricing analyses, developing commercial policies, and supporting decisions that maximize the profitability and competitiveness of the company's products. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with areas such as Marketing, Sales, Trade, Finance, and Regulatory Affairs.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor the company's pricing policy, considering different channels (hospital, retail, institutional, government etc.);

• Prepare the Price Information Document (DIP) for submission to CMED, ensuring the correct structuring of data and compliance with regulatory requirements;

• Analyze price positioning in relation to the competition, demand elasticity, margins, and profitability;

• Manage the pricing process for new products and adjustments to the current portfolio;

• Proactively define commercial and market access strategies, together with areas such as Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Trade Marketing;

• Prepare and present reports and dashboards with pricing and profitability KPIs;

• Ensure regulatory compliance on pricing-related issues (CMED, ANVISA etc.);

• Conduct simulations of the financial impact of price changes and commercial policies;

• Support audit processes and internal reviews related to pricing;

• To lead or support projects that review pricing models and price governance. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Finance, or related fields.

Experience:

• Solid experience in pricing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector;

• Familiarity with public pricing policies (CMED, PF, PMC, DIP, etc.);

• Experience with diverse channels (retail, hospital, public and private access);

Technical Skills:

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);

• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is desirable;

• Fluent English (spoken and written) – essential for communication with Global and Regional Teams
