Job Description:

This position is responsible for maintaining all aspects of pricing on a regular basis and working with corporate and sales for forecasting with inventory and purchasing. The most successful candidate will be able to rely on basic instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.Specific Duties:

Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.
Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined,
Perform general administrative tasks to include: Daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.
Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Pricing Responsibilities

Enter and maintain schedule pricing
New suppliers
Discount analysis
Ensuring profitability and margin requirements are consistently met

Position Requirements:

Prior sales or industry experience preferred
Wine Pricing Experience preferred– Working for a distributor or in a role with direct wine pricing responsibilities (chain, retail, or supplier).
Ruthless Attention to Detail – Highly organized, process-driven, and diligent about documented change control.
Profit & Opportunity Mindset – Ability to maximize profitability while identifying retail opportunities within our pricing model.
Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Basic data entry and keyboarding experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skill

Candidate must pass criminal background
