Job Description:
Welcome all visitors / employees and maintain check-in sheet.
Answer incoming calls using a multi-line switchboard and forward as determined,
Perform general administrative tasks to include: Daily mail duties, data entry, typing memos and correspondence.
Serve as an assistant for a variety of office functions as time allows.
Perform other duties as assigned.

New suppliers
Discount analysis
Ensuring profitability and margin requirements are consistently met
Prior sales or industry experience preferred
Wine Pricing Experience preferred– Working for a distributor or in a role with direct wine pricing responsibilities (chain, retail, or supplier).
Ruthless Attention to Detail – Highly organized, process-driven, and diligent about documented change control.
Profit & Opportunity Mindset – Ability to maximize profitability while identifying retail opportunities within our pricing model.
Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Strong Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
Basic data entry and keyboarding experience
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
