We are looking for an International Pricing Analyst to strengthen our Pricing team by providing data-driven insights that support pricing decisions across Europe. In this role, you will focus on analyzing pricing performance, market dynamics, competitive developments, and category-specific opportunities to help optimize commercial outcomes.
This is an analytical role for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and influencing business decisions through fact-based recommendations.
What is your role?
You will:
Analyze pricing performance, margin development, and commercial KPIs across clusters, markets, and product categories to identify opportunities and risks.
Conduct category-specific, market, and competitive intelligence analyses, translating findings into actionable pricing recommendations.
Support cluster and regional pricing reviews by delivering fact-based insights, evaluating the impact of pricing actions, and identifying drivers of performance.
Develop and enhance pricing dashboards, reports, analytical frameworks, and business cases in collaboration with the Pricing Business Intelligence team.
Collaborate closely with Pricing Managers, Category Management, Sales, and BI teams to ensure commercial decisions are supported by robust analysis.
Contribute to strategic pricing projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and the development of pricing best practices across the organization.
You will work closely with Pricing Managers, Category Management and broader Commercial teams to translate complex data into actionable recommendations. You will report to the Head of Pricing. Your analysis will support pricing strategy development, cluster-level decision making, cluster- and category-specific initiatives, while helping identify risks and opportunities in the market.
Who are you?
1–3 years of professional experience in analytics, pricing, revenue management, commercial excellence, strategy, or a related analytical field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience working with large datasets and analytical tools (e.g. Excel, Tableau, SQL, Python, or similar).
Affinity with market analysis, competitive intelligence, and commercial decision making.
Experience in B2B, wholesale or e-commerce environments is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-technical audiences.
Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Engineering, or a related field.
