About the Role
We are seeking an experienced individual that can deliver on tactical and operational initiatives specifically for Payments bundled with our Software application. You will be responsible for tracking ongoing Curve Dental Payments performance results across the company’s products and sales territories, identifying and quantifying optimization opportunities, and delivering pricing strategy recommendations to leadership. This role requires a strong sense of ownership, close collaboration with other internal teams, high attention to detail in analysis, and flexibility to support operational needs of our GTM teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze merchant and processor statements to identify rate structures, trends, and optimization opportunities.
- Develop, refine, and report on pricing strategies for Payments products across our portfolio.
- Compare costs and pricing for prospective and existing customers to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Track ongoing performance of payments products, identifying areas for improvement and recommending rate adjustments as needed.
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Business Intelligence, Finance, Product Marketing, Sales, and Payment Operations on cross-functional pricing research and reporting.
- Support the Sales and GTM teams by providing data-driven insights and pricing support during deal cycles.
- Stay informed about market trends and developments in payment pricing to ensure Curve’s offerings remain competitive.
- Document all analyses and maintain accurate, organized pricing records.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve rate analysis and pricing workflows.
- 2+ years of experience in payments, financial analysis, pricing, or strategic finance roles.
- Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively across departments and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Atlanta, GA-based role with an expectation of weekly in-office presence.
- Experience supporting GTM, Revenue Operations, or Finance teams within a SaaS or payment-focused business.
- Background in credit card processing, merchant services, or financial modeling.
Proficiency in SQL or other analytical tools for data querying and reporting.
