Serve as primary project manager and client liaison for new customers adopting Curve Hero. Lead onboarding for Dental Service Organization clients by planning projects, coordinating data conversions, developing and delivering training, liaising between internal teams, managing risks, and sustaining long-term account relationships.

Manage full sales cycle for dental practices: prospect, qualify, demo (with product specialists), follow up, and close SaaS practice-management deals. Use inbound/outbound outreach, meet appointment and revenue targets, and maintain CRM data integrity with Salesforce and Gong.

Manage payments operations across two brands by building and maintaining dashboards, monitoring account health, driving cross-functional execution, improving processes and tools, partnering on operational strategy, preparing leadership reporting, and independently identifying improvement opportunities.

Lead customer marketing and expansion strategy to drive adoption, retention, cross-sell/upsell and advocacy. Build segmented campaigns, communications, and enablement in partnership with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Marketing. Measure KPIs, optimize using customer and campaign data, and scale programs using automation and reporting tools.

The SDR will generate outbound leads and set meetings with dentists across North America by executing territory plans, running multi-channel outreach, maintaining CRM and Salesloft data, logging activity in Gong, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops to build pipeline.

Lead one or more development teams to design, build, and deliver Curve Dental's AI-enabled SaaS platform. Manage hiring, performance, and career growth; coordinate architecture, product, QA, and operations; enforce code quality, testing, and scalable system design; remove blockers, plan deliveries, and occasionally contribute hands-on code. Drive continuous improvement and adoption of AI-assisted development tools.

Drive expansion and revenue by engaging existing Curve Dental customers, qualifying leads, demoing SaaS add-on solutions, closing MRR deals to monthly quota, maintaining CRM (SFDC, Gong), executing territory campaigns, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Ops.
