The Pricing Analyst will act as a finance partner to both sales and operations, in an identified zone, by providing guidance and expertise on pricing and proposed deal financials.

Key responsibilities as a Pricing Analyst will be to:

  • Develop and model complex service proposals in collaboration with sales, operations, finance, and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and business objectives.

  • Conduct cost analysis, including labor, materials, overhead, and other relevant expenses, to accurately estimate deal costs and risks.

  • Evaluate risks associated with deals and highlight areas of concern for senior leadership.  Recommend risk mitigation strategies to ensure the achievement of financial targets.

  • Use pricing benchmarks to evaluate customer’s pricing with a focus on price quality improvement.

  • Review contract terms and conditions, pricing and margin calculations including escalations to Pricing Manager.

  • Review deals with non-standard terms to ensure viability of service delivery.

  • Support price approval escalations by reviewing and offering guidance based on market data and global business directives.

  • Closely align and provide support to respective deal controller including an understanding of non-standard deliverables and feedback on future pricing.

  • Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as requested by management to support decision making.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in finance including pricing, financial analysis, and proposal development within a healthcare, services environment.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling, cost analysis and price benchmarking tools.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex financial models and concepts.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence decision-making.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Strong understanding of service offerings for Siemens Healthineers preferred.

  • Experience with SAP, CPQ and Qlikcloud is a plus.

The annual base pay for this position is:

Min $77,400 - Max $116,100

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
