What You Will Do

The chosen candidate will be supporting the Pricing Managers in preparing various types of commercial proposals for the Aftermarket business.

• Provide support to develop detailed request for estimates which are used to kick off proposals
• Support the development and understanding of proposals
• Work with other functions from across the company to develop the labor, material and other direct costs associated with proposed contracts
• Utilize company estimating and pricing programs and tools
• Ensure proposals comply with basic internal requirements
• Monitor and report on the progress of the update of the price lists and catalogues
• Monitor and report on the progress of the request for quotations

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s or an Advanced Degree in a related field
• English language proficiency B or C levels
• Experience with Excel (i.e. basic formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, filtering/sorting, etc.)

• Possess good investigative abilities and organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meeting deadlines in a schedule driven environment
• Effective planning and scheduling skills that lead to the completion of proposal efforts in accordance to customer and company requirements
• The ability to work well in teams
• Oral and written communication skills
• The ability to follow and apply internal and external regulations to the development of company proposals
