Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Architect with deep expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Enterprise Resource Management (ERM), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in designing and proposing integrated enterprise solutions that leverage these systems to drive business growth and digital transformation.
You will play a critical role in aligning our technological capabilities with client needs, ensuring our solutions are both innovative and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities:
Comprehensive Solution Architecture:
- Design and architect complex enterprise solutions integrating ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM platforms, ensuring seamless interoperability and scalability.
- Develop strategies for data governance, process automation, content lifecycle management, and multi-system integration, leveraging technologies such as: ECM Technologies: SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco, Documentum, IBM FileNet. Maximo
- ERM Technologies: SAP ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Infor ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- HCM Technologies: Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, BambooHR.
- CRM Technologies: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Oracle CX, SAP C/4HANA, HubSpot.
- Ensure that proposed solutions are aligned with industry standards and best practices in areas such as data security, regulatory compliance, and system performance.
Client Engagement & Technical Leadership:
- Engage with clients to identify business challenges, technology pain points, and opportunities for digital transformation through advanced enterprise systems.
- Conduct in-depth technical presentations, live demonstrations, and hands-on workshops, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM systems.
- Serve as a technical advisor and advocate for the integration of cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures to optimize enterprise performance and flexibility.
Integration & Automation:
Design and implement integration strategies between ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM systems using middleware and integration platforms such as:
Integration Tools: MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, Apache Camel, Microsoft Power Automate.
APIs & Microservices: Develop and leverage RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and microservices architectures for seamless system interoperability.
Propose and implement automation solutions using:
Automation Tools: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism for RPA (Robotic Process Automation).
Workflow Management: BPM (Business Process Management) tools like Camunda, Pega, and IBM BPM.
Proposal & Technical Writing:
Lead the development of detailed RFP/RFI responses, including technical proposals, solution architecture diagrams, and cost-benefit analyses.
Collaborate with sales teams to craft proposals that emphasize the ROI, scalability, and future-proof nature of the proposed ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM solutions.
Ensure that all proposals adhere to compliance requirements, including GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, and other relevant standards.
Continuous Innovation & Technology Leadership:
Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in ECM, ERM, HCM, CRM, and related technologies, including cloud computing, AI/ML, and data analytics.
Lead internal and external thought leadership initiatives, such as whitepapers, webinars, and conferences, to promote the company’s expertise in enterprise solutions.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies like AI-powered analytics, machine learning models, and predictive analytics within ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM systems.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical architecture role with a strong focus on ECM, ERM, HCM, and CRM solutions.
Extensive knowledge of enterprise platforms including:
ECM:
Experience with tools like SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum, or IBM FileNet, focusing on content management, records management, and digital asset management.
ERM:
Deep understanding of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, with experience in financial management, supply chain management, and production planning.
HCM:
Proficiency in HCM platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud, with a focus on employee lifecycle management, talent acquisition, and payroll systems.
CRM:
Expertise in CRM tools like Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Oracle CX, with a focus on customer engagement, sales automation, and marketing automation.
Strong understanding of integration technologies, including APIs, ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), and middleware solutions.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and hybrid architectures.
Proficient in enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Oracle Certified Professional, or similar are highly desirable.
