Responsibilities

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Presales Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be a trusted partner to the leaders of our Presales organization, driving operational excellence and ensuring strategic alignment. Your primary focus will be on enhancing productivity and scalable execution by designing innovative presales/post-sales processes, adopting new tools, and creating innovative solutions. You will also play a crucial role in aligning the Presales organization with the overall Corporate strategy.

What You'll Achieve

  • Collaborate with Presales leadership to scale the team through improved processes and innovative solutions.

  • Ensure seamless alignment of systems and processes with the presales operational framework.

  • Establish a comprehensive systems architecture, roadmap, and rationalization plan for all Presales tools, systems, and processes, optimizing alignment with the broader organizational objectives.

You'll be responsible to:

  • Engage internal stakeholders to understand needs, assess viability, gather requirements, and outline technical considerations while aligning with strategic objectives.

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications, including design, development, integration, and release to support the business objectives.

  • Design, develop, and deploy process changes in Salesforce and related tools to optimize Presales operations

  • Collaborate with Business Technology (BT) and Go-To-Market (GTM) operations teams to introduce process changes that impact multiple teams.

  • Make tactical decisions while contributing to the long-term vision

  • Define and measure success metrics for each feature and function before it goes to development, and constantly define and monitor the success

  • Coordinate release and communications for your components clearly and efficiently

  • Design and instrument productivity and efficiency metrics

RequirementsQualifications / Experience / Technical Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, with a post-graduation in Information Technology, Computing, Business, or Operations.

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience Presales or Consulting roles.

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, customization, and integration.

  • Experience in automation/integration, databases, BI, and software development.

  • Strong user experience and design sense to enhance the usability of Presales tools.

  • Ability to identify and address user needs, build relationships with stakeholders, and resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Proficient in engaging in detailed technical discussions with presales leadership and operational teams, making informed technology-related product decisions.

  • Experience in technical projects (software, integrations, automations), from requirements gathering, solution design, technical design, and implementation.

  • Ability to work in the US EST timezone
