KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build, manage, and oversee the operations of the Presales Department.
- Organize solution consulting activities and participate in developing IT strategies for customers.
- Technology Research and Updates:
- Participate in vendors' cooperation and training programs in accordance with the company's strategy.
- Stay updated on new technologies and solutions.
- Partner and Customer Relations:
- Coordinate with the Partner Management Department to carry out related activities.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the direct manager.
Requirements
1. Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in equivalent positions, including:
- Experience in recruiting, building, developing, and managing teams of technology professionals.
- Experience in participating in large-scale and highly complex integration projects across various technology platforms.
- Experience in organizing technology solution consulting activities.
- Experience in implementing technology solutions in the banking and finance industry.
2. Education:
- Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, or other relevant fields, or a higher qualification.
3. Skills:
- Skills in managing technological and technical resources.
- Team building and development skills.
- Delegation and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in communication, presentation, and document writing.
- Problem-solving and situational analysis skills.
- Ability to provide research direction and guidance to employees.
- Foreign Language Proficiency:
- Proficiency in all four English language skills.
