We are seeking to recruit a premium accounting administrator responsible for the effective and efficient management and maintenance of premium reconciliations within our Internal Broker function.

London - UK - FenchurchWhat will your job entail?
Responsibilities which will evolve over time include:
- Cash entries, reconciliations and maintenance in Brokasure
- Reconciliation of Paid Bordereau and liaise with the US Premium Team as necessary
- Premium management and maintenance ensuring all entries are attributable to the correct parties and year of account
- Deferred and Realised Brokerage management and reconciliations
- Splitting, allocating and reconciling Client cash in Brokasure
- File, manage and maintain all documentation and data entry necessary
- To play an active role, attend meetings where necessary and to undertake other reasonable duties if required, to ensure the department operates efficiently
Skills and Attributes:
- Experience of Windows and Microsoft based software with strong spreadsheet skills
- High degree of numeracy with excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills both written and oral
- Motivational skills, team player as well as working on own initiative
- Ability to manage time, meet deadlines and prioritise
- Previous office experience favourable
