- Maintain and manage Granite’s Premier (platinum-tier) accounts.
- Remain available 24×7 to support assigned accounts.
- Schedule and conduct weekly meetings with clients; document action items and follow up promptly.
- Service issue resolution and technical coordination, working closely with Granite’s technical teams to address outages, bandwidth allocation, Quality of Service (QoS) concerns, and overall network performance.
- Billing inquiries and detailed reporting, handling customer billing questions and generating comprehensive service usage and performance reports.
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow and expand accounts, ensuring continued customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Communicate actively with clients, internal sales teams, and service/support staff.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $50,000-$65,000 and represents the range that Granite reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, education, job related skills, and overall alignment with the role.
