Job Description

  • Project management in for XC/RPP-AN, with responsibility the Product Area Integrating Devices
  • Lead the process from Ideation to Implementation of cost reduction measures
  • Plan and organize Workshops
  • Evaluate cost saving ideas with an interdisciplinary team
  • Prepare a management decision base for the introduction
  • Support the product manager in the implementation phase
  • Coordinate all cost reduction projects and activities in global team, mainly Germany, Hungary, USA, Mexico, China, India and Australia,
  • Continues improvement of RPP Processes with purchasing, development, project management and manufacturing
  • Lead Monthly management meeting for product area integrating devices
  • Monthly RPP management report

Qualifications

  • Qualification: B. Sc., B. Eng. , B. A. (Bachalor of Enigneering, Bachalor of Science, Bachalor of Arts)
  • Personality: team-minded, flexible, persuasive
  • Skills: analytical thinking, persistence, ability to work under pressure
  • Experience: Knowledge in Controlling preferred
  • Languages: English C1 level mandatory, German B1 preferred

Additional Information

The Bosch PreMaster Program is a two-stage qualification program for committed graduates with Bachelor's degrees who want to complete a Master's degree. After the Bachelor's degree, the first phase provides up to 12 months' practical experience for familiarization with technical and business interrelationships. The second phase comprises the Master's course and includes additional events and seminars as well as personal mentoring on the road to successful completion.
