Impact of Associate Technical Architect:
The Associate Technical Architect is a going to be a business partner of Sales Managers and Solutions Consultants. They will closely support Coupa’s business and revenue goals by providing high-quality business and technical presentations and demonstrations. They will also work closely with Coupa’s operations, infrastructure, security, and alliance teams to drive the creation and maintenance of field-related material to be used in the sales process to use technology as a differentiator for Coupa in the market.
What you will do:
- Manage creation of digital assets that support our sales efforts specific to technical platform and integration discussions
- Support NAMER/EMEA/APJ based Senior Technical Architects as needed with creation of collateral or other meeting preparation work
- Provide technical presentations as required to Coupa prospects that address the following Cloud Hosting Architecture, Coupa Product Architecture, Coupa Security Qualifications, Coupa's AI Architecture
- Support creation of prospect facing content that explains how Coupa integrates to ERP/Accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Netsuite, etc.
- Support creation of content that addresses Coupa’s position re AI and Data Privacy compliance
- Work with the RFP team on technology/security requirements and respond/review to the technical sections of RFI/RFPs as necessary
What you will bring to Coupa:
- 3+ years working for a technology company as an architect or similar technology focused role
- Experience with HRIS, Finance, and, or Procurement solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven technical aptitude and comfort understanding Web-based applications and the SaaS, PaaS and IaaS Cloud models, Infrastructure, Architecture, Security, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Integration concepts as well as the application of these technologies in the enterprise environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Keen decision-making skills, with the ability to make complex technology relevant at a business level.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to present complex information in a comprehensible manner (written and graphical)
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing job environment in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience
