Responsibilities -
- Understanding project RFQ’s & drafting proposals.
- Handling technical & Commercial queries raised by Global sales team
- Coordination with Global sales team & Customers on proposals & pre-order negotiations.
- Designing multi-port vessel arrangement using MPVA tool & Support sales in product selection.
- Coordination with NPD/R&D team for PCO, new project BOM creation & GA drawings.
- Coordination with Operations team for order entry, project execution documentation & conduct Project meeting as a handover for manufacturing
Experience -
- 2 - 4 years of experience in technical support, proposals & documentation.
- Knowledge of Engineering drawings & standards followed.
- Good knowledge of membrane housing & experience in water industry preferred.
Qualifications -
- BE Mechanical/Chemical
Role - Brief
- This role requires techno-commercial approach, understanding the RFQ’s technically and drafting commercial proposals.
- Involves costing of product for project specific & non-standard requirements.
- Supporting the Customers / Sales technically & guiding them to select correct products.
- Good communication for coordination with internal CFT & external teams.
- Good written & spoken English is a must due to Global involvement.
- Soft skills – required with Excel/ Word/Power point

Skills Required
- 2–4 years of experience in technical support, proposals, and documentation
- Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Knowledge of engineering drawings and applicable standards
- Good written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
