🔧 Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives as the technical co-owner of your region's opportunities, co-developing and executing strategies to qualify, advance, and close new business.
- Lead the technical discovery process to expertly diagnose customer pain points and business objectives, translating them into a clear and compelling solution vision.
- Architect and deliver customized product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts (POCs) that prove the tangible business value and technical superiority of the Quantum Metric platform.
- Own the technical win by serving as the definitive subject matter expert on our platform, the competitive landscape, and relevant customer use cases for everyone in the room—from practitioners to C-level executives.
- Embrace our dynamic, "all-hands-on-deck" culture by contributing to cross-functional initiatives, such as creating white papers, informing product strategy, or developing new training materials.
- Travel up to 25% across North America and LATAM for customer meetings, industry events, and team collaboration.
💡 Requirements
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or Solutions Architect, preferably within an enterprise SaaS environment.
- Technical Acumen: Strong, hands-on understanding of the modern web technology stack, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You should be comfortable discussing modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and website architecture.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a proven ability to command a room and articulate complex technical ideas to both business leaders and technical practitioners.
- Sales Drive: A genuine passion for the technical sales process and a track record of successfully managing multiple competing priorities (demos, POCs, RFPs) in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Personal Attributes: You are ambitious, highly self-motivated, and possess the emotional intelligence (EQ) and discipline to thrive in a remote work setting. You are coachable and have a strong desire for continuous professional growth.
- Industry Knowledge: Foundational knowledge of the digital analytics and optimization space, with familiarity with tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Optimizely, etc.
- Mobile Expertise: Experience with the architecture or development of native (iOS/Android) or hybrid mobile applications (e.g., SwiftUI, React Native, Jetpack Compose, Kotlin, and Flutter).
- Domain Experience: Direct experience working with other vendors in the Customer Experience Management (CXM) or Digital Experience Analytics space.
- Language Skills: Business proficiency in Spanish is a significant plus for engaging with our LATAM market.
- Compensation: $140-200K OTE
