JOB DESCRIPTION
ソフトウェアソリューションアーキテクト（プリセールス）は、技術的な知識と営業スキルを組み合わせて、ULの高度な技術および規制指向のソフトウェア製品とサービスを販売をサポートします。技術的および非技術的なクライアントやステークホルダーに対して、概念実証、プロジェクト提案、および製品デモの実施。営業、開発、およびマーケティングチームと密接に連携し、見込み客が製品およびサービスに関する一貫した情報を受け取るように説明。
東京に拠点を置くマネージャーに報告しますが、アジア太平洋地域に拠点を持つ多文化のチームやクライアントと協力し実務を行う。
RESPONSIBILITIES

• ULのソフトウェア製品とそのインターフェース提供のサポート
• 見込み客のビジネスニーズを特定し、製品やサービス適応性をエンジニアリング視点で検討
• クライアントのニーズに合わせた最適な製品、サービス、実践の組み合わせを提案
• 質問やリクエストに応じて、プリセールスの技術支援とレクチャーを提供
• 技術プレゼンテーションを行い、製品がクライアントのニーズをどのように満たすかを示すことで、顧客の承認を獲得
• 営業チームや他の技術リソースのメンバーと連携
• 国や文化によって異なることが多い短期および長期の課題を特定し、対処すべきオプションや行動方針を提案し、指示を実行することで、セールスエンジニアリングの効果を高める
• 教育ワークショップに参加や専門誌をレビューし個人的なネットワークを確立、専門団体に参加することで専門的および技術的な知識を維持
• トレードショー、会議、その他のマーケティングイベントに参加することで、営業およびマーケティングチームをサポート

QUALIFICATIONS

• ビジネス英語力（書面および口頭の両方）。日本語のネイティブレベルの言語スキル
• 対人関係の形成力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
• 顧客のニーズに応じた販売支援
• 優れた分析、問題解決、およびファシリテーションスキル
• 強力な技術的背景（データベースの原則（SQL Server）、Microsoft .NET、システム分析と設計、一般的なプログラミングスキル、ERP、ソフトウェア構成およびアプリケーショントラブルシューティング）。Oracleデータベースの経験があれば尚可
• セールスエンジニアリング、テクニカルアカウントマネジメント、データ分析、営業またはエンジニアリングでの3〜5年の実務経験
• 自主的に働く能力
• コンピュータサイエンス、情報システム管理、または関連分野の大学学位（学士号に相当）
• 国内外への出張が可能
