- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively pursuing new opportunities.
- Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
- Generate and track leads within our customer relationship management system.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum experience in a Pre-Sales or Sales Engineer role.
- Strong understanding of technology products and services relevant to our industry.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
