We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to support our business development team in identifying client needs, shaping solution proposals, and improving conversion opportunities. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to create compelling solution presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
As a secondary responsibility, the individual will support Business Analysis activities for selected projects, including requirement gathering, documentation, stakeholder coordination, and solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research (Secondary) and competitor analysis across target industries such as FinTech, EdTech, HealthTech, CRM, and SaaS platforms to identify industry trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and potential business opportunities.
- Support client meetings, discovery workshops, product demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.
- Assist in identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Maintain a repository of reusable proposal content, case studies, solution documents, and pre-sales collateral.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), user stories, process flow diagrams, use cases and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate with project managers, developers, QA teams, and client stakeholders to ensure requirements are understood and delivered as expected.
- Assist with user acceptance testing, requirement validation, and change request assessment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in pre-sales, business analysis, solution consulting, or client-facing technology roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, CRM platforms, workflow automation, integrations, and digital transformation projects.
- Effective presentation, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft 365, Zoho Sprints.
