Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
- Participate in client visits/meetings to understand business needs and stay updated on competitor offering
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.
- Coordinate and confirm client visits to project sites.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
