In this role, you will have the opportunity to coordinate and facilitate the development, implementation, and successful onboarding of digital solutions. Each day, you will support the adoption of digital platform and solutions into the customer business environment along with their subsequent operations and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by participating in the ideation workstreams from identifying and validating the needs to defining the development.

This role is contributing to the Robotics team in North America region.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Support customers in using products to improve productivity and efficiency, and assist the Sales team by identifying needs and demonstrating how digital solutions meet them.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot software solutions, ensuring successful rollout through customer training, retraining, and ongoing support.
- Ensure all resources are in place to implement software on time and on budget, following best practices for configuration and deployment.
- Perform software engineering tasks—such as development, testing, quality engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, support, and release management—with reasonable proficiency and limited supervision.
- Contribute to the software roadmap by recommending new features, functionality, and product variants.
- Participate across the full customer lifecycle: opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, solution blueprinting, pilot/POC, deployment, go‑live, and post‑implementation support.
- Collaborate in ideation and solution design with cross‑functional teams (software engineers, UX, SMEs) to validate requirements and create customer value.
- Provide end‑user support, diagnose and resolve issues, escalate as needed, and help enhance customer satisfaction and retention by ensuring their needs are met.
Qualifications for the role
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven ability to lead complex initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Strong communication and public affairs capabilities, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly and engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with programming languages and computer science fundamentals to support problem‑solving, system integration, and technical decision‑making.
- Solid background in systems engineering and product management/development, including contributing to product lifecycle activities, requirements analysis, and technical solution design.
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and optimization, identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements that improve performance, quality, or workflow efficiency.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $89,400 and $131,120 annually. This position is a replacement of a current role.
