DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

We are looking for a talented F5 Engineer to join our team and provide comprehensive presales and post-sales support. The ideal candidate will have expertise in F5 technologies, including LTM, WAF, and DNS, and a solid understanding of network security and application delivery. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical requirements, assist in solution design, and ensure successful implementation and support.
As the Pre-Sales Engineer , you will:

• Provide Level 2/3 technical support for F5 technologies, including LTM (Local Traffic Manager), WAF (Web Application Firewall), and DNS.

• Assist in presales activities, including customer meetings, solution design, and product demonstrations.

• Support post-sales activities by troubleshooting, optimizing, and maintaining F5 solutions.
  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for customers.

• Stay updated with the latest developments in F5 products and technologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

• 2-8 years of experience with F5 technologies, including LTM, WAF, and DNS.

• Strong understanding of networking, application delivery, and network security.

• ​ Experience in presales and post-sales support roles.

• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• F5 certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
