Pre-boarding Specialist

EquipmentShare is Hiring a Pre-boarding Specialist.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Pre-boarding Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO to be responsible for processing new hires after offer acceptance.

• Process onboarding packets from recruitment team
• Facilitate I-9 processing with hiring managers
• Serve as customer service for HRIS system enrollment with new employees.
• Help with ordering of new hire swag kits, business cards and credit cards. 
• Upload necessary agreements into the HRIS system for storage. 
• Set-up emails and email groups for prospective employees
• Work with hiring managers across the country on other onboarding tasks
• Craft emails and policies for new hires

• Excellent communication skills
• Have great follow-through 
• Ability to calmly tackle daily challenges
• Must have attention to detail and be highly organized. 
• Knowledge of Google Suite (email, sheets etc.)
• Ability to use spreadsheets with ease
• Not afraid to learn new techniques and work in a constantly changing environment
• Must be ok with change - every day is different!

• Past customer service experience required
• Past work in a fast paced environment
• High school diploma, or GED

• Must be able to sit in front of a computer for long periods.
