Praktikant/Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Corporate Strategy
Im Rahmen Deines/Deiner auf mindestens vier Monate angelegten Praktikums/Werkstudententätigkeit erhältst Du vielfältige Einblicke im Bereich Corporate Strategy und unterstützt unser Team im Tagesgeschäft.
Dabei übernimmst Du folgende Aufgaben:
Mitarbeit an Strategieprojekten, die den langfristigen Erfolg des Unternehmens betreffen und Dir einen direkten Einblick in zentrale strategische Fragestellungen ermöglichen
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Ableitung von Initiativen zur Implementierung der Strategie
Aufbereitung, Präsentation und Kommunikation von Ergebnissen für die Unternehmensführung
Planung und Durchführung von Workshops und Meetings
Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Experten aus dem gesamten Unternehmen auf internationaler Ebene
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, diese Tätigkeiten mit der Erstellung einer Abschlussarbeit zu verknüpfen.
Deine Qualifikation:
Fortgeschrittenes Studium an einer Universität oder Hochschule, vorzugsweise im Fachbereich Betriebs-/ Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit ausgezeichneten Leistungen
Idealerweise bringst Du bereits Berufserfahrung aus einer Unternehmensberatung oder aus dem Bereich Unternehmensstrategie mit
Ausgezeichnete analytische und konzeptionelle Problemlösungsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte effektiv zu strukturieren
Selbständige, zuverlässige und eigenmotivierte Arbeitsweise sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
Fundierte Englischkenntnisse und idealerweise gute Deutschkenntnisse
Sichere Kenntnisse in den MS Office Anwendungen, insbesondere PowerPoint und Excel
