Wenn du mehr als ein klassisches Backoffice-Praktikum suchst und von Anfang an Verantwortung für echte Projekte übernehmen möchtest, ist diese Position genau das Richtige für dich. Als Praktikant:in im Projektmanagement erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit viel Gestaltungsspielraum und der Möglichkeit, direkt Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
Für diese Position ist eine Anwesenheit in unserem Münchner Büro von mindestens zwei Tagen pro Woche erforderlich.
DEINE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICHE- Du unterstützt Kundenprojekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung – sowohl praktisch vor Ort beim Kunden als auch konzeptionell
- Du unterstützt bei der Implementierung, Konfiguration und dem Testen von Systemen und Use Cases
- Du treibst kleinere interne Automatisierungs- und KI-Initiativen voran
- Du entwickelst Projektstandards und Templates weiter und unterstützt bei der Optimierung von Prozessen
- Du sammelst Kundenfeedback und übersetzt dieses in wertvolle Produkt-Insights
Du....
- studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – idealerweise mit einer Kombination aus Business und IT
- hast idealerweise bereits erste praktische Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement, in Technologie, Software oder einem verwandten Bereich gesammelt
- bist technikaffin und hast Spaß daran, digitale Lösungen zu konzeptionieren, zu programmieren und zu testen
- verfügst über ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten, ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung
- bist offen dafür, regelmäßig in unserem Münchner Büro zu arbeiten und gelegentlich zu Kundenterminen vor Ort zu reisen
- arbeitest gerne an unterschiedlichen Themen mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern
- verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Eine steile Lernkurve in echten Kundenprojekten

Skills Required
- Currently studying business informatics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable degree program
- Strong interest in technology and willingness to prototype, program, and test digital solutions
- Strong organizational skills, prioritization ability, and willingness to take responsibility
- Willingness to work at least two days per week in the Munich office
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer appointments onsite
- Fluent German and English communication skills, written and spoken
- Initial practical experience in project management, technology, software, or a related field
