PR INTERN
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Type: Internship (6 months - must be already based in UAE)
ABOUT THE ROLE
At CHANEL, we believe in the power of storytelling and cultivating exceptional relationships with the media and our audiences. As a PR Intern reporting to the PR department, you will support the team in daily PR activities and contribute to the smooth running of press operations for all three divisions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about communications, organization, and luxury.
WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL
- Conduct daily monitoring of digital, social media, and print clippings.
- Complete monthly activity reports for all three divisions.
- Update the PR Database on a daily basis to ensure information is current and accurate.
- Organize the PR Stock Room and Library for efficient access to press materials.
- Assist with the organization of events, including venue searches, RSVP management, coordination of hair and makeup, and model selection.
- Organize and distribute press tools, such as Press Kits and other PR materials.
- Assist with managing samples for shoots across all three divisions using Fashion GPS.
- Provide special assistance for Watches & Fine Jewelry (W&FJ) activities.
- Respond to press requests regarding images, samples, pricing, and other information.
- Assist with the coordination of special CHANEL shootings.
- Support the organization of press trips, including restaurant reservations, destination research, and updating itineraries.

- Proficiency in English; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in PR, Communications, or Marketing within an international company.
- Good knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Must be already based in the UAE / Based in Dubai (or willing to relocate as stated)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in English; Arabic and/or French would be an advantage
- Strong interest in PR, Communications, or Marketing within an international company
- Good knowledge of the luxury industry
