About the Role  
We’re hiring a PR & Influence Director to lead and grow our PR & Influence capability in Qatar, based in Doha. This is a high profile leadership role with strategic, operational, and commercial responsibilities.
You’ll be part of the Agency Leadership Team, shaping the future of PR & Influence in Qatar and contributing to the regional practice. Your mission: drive growth, elevate our offering, and position Memac Ogilvy as the most compelling PR partner in the market.
What You’ll Do 
  • Growth & Commercial Leadership
    Own revenue growth and profitability across the PR & Influence portfolio.
  • Team Leadership
    Build, inspire, and manage a high-performing team to deliver exceptional client work.
  • Client Leadership
    Lead senior client relationships, provide strategic counsel, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Talent Development
    Attract top talent, nurture potential, and champion a strong people agenda.
  • New Business Development
    Drive growth by positioning our PR capability in the market and winning new clients.
  • Capability & Strategic Expansion
    Enhance current services and introduce new offerings aligned with regional and global ambitions.
What You’ll Need  
  • Proven leadership of large, diverse teams.
  • Extensive PR agency experience at a Senior level.
  • Expertise across Corporate & Consumer PR, Influence, First Earned Campaigns, Risk & Crisis Management, and Public Affairs.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of revenue growth.
  • Gravitas to engage and advise C-suite clients.
  • Operational excellence and experience driving modern, efficient ways of working.
  • Passion for people development and agency wide talent growth.
  • Middle East market experience is a strong advantage.
