RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the primary IT partner to Doha site leadership, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology operations across office, lab, and retail environments
- Deliver high-quality employee and guest IT support, removing friction and enabling productivity through responsive service and root-cause problem solving
- Administer and optimize core IT systems including endpoint management, identity and access management, SaaS applications, network infrastructure, and AV/conferencing solutions
- Strengthen corporate security posture by implementing best practices, managing device compliance, supporting audits, and proactively mitigating risk
- Design and implement automation, self-service tooling, and process improvements to reduce manual work and eliminate recurring issues
- Contribute to global IT initiatives, infrastructure projects, and system implementations in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders including Security, Risk & Compliance, and Business Systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT systems administration or similar roles supporting office and operational environments
- Strong experience supporting macOS and Windows environments, including device management (e.g., MDM), identity platforms, and endpoint security controls
- Experience administering cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and modern SaaS ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to automate workflows or build custom solutions using scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Experience managing corporate networks, AV systems, and physical IT infrastructure in multi-use environments
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and prioritize effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated employee-first mindset focused on delivering exceptional service
- Strong commitment to embracing and leveraging AI tools in day-to-day tasks, ensuring AI-assisted work aligns with the same high-quality standards as personal contributions.
