Our client, who is a fast growing marketing agency in Vietnam, is looking for a qualified talent to join their firm.
PR and Communications Strategy and Planning
- Develop an overall public relations and brand communications strategy for the Company and individual projects or events. Recommend appropriate key messages, positioning, and communication approaches.
- Develop integrated marketing communications plans, including timelines, budgets, and KPIs. Monitor, measure, and optimize communication effectiveness.
Media Relations and External Communications
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with media organizations, KOLs, KOCs, communications partners, and industry stakeholders. Proactively conduct media pitching, organize press conferences, and prepare press releases.
- Manage communications crises by identifying potential issues at an early stage, developing response scenarios, and addressing matters that may affect the reputation of the Company or its projects.
Content and Communication Channel Management
- Provide strategic direction and oversee the quality of content across communication channels, including fan pages, websites, PR articles, social media platforms, printed materials, and event publications. Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity.
- Coordinate with the Event, Creative, Content, and Account teams to deliver communication activities for events and projects in accordance with the agreed schedule.
Team Management and Operations
- Manage, assign responsibilities to, train, and evaluate the PR and Content teams. Establish working procedures and communication standards.
- Manage the PR and communications budget and work with suppliers, agencies, and booking service providers.
- Prepare periodic reports on communication performance and recommend improvements to the Board of Management.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- At least 4-5 years of experience in public relations or communications, including a minimum of two years in a managerial or team leadership position.
- Preference will be given to candidates with communications experience in events, festivals, activation projects, or the communications and entertainment industry.
Professional Skills
- Strong strategic communications and brand-building capabilities, with proficiency in developing integrated marketing communications plans.
- Excellent writing and content-editing skills, particularly in preparing press releases, communication articles, and social media content.
- An established network of media contacts and KOLs, together with experience in communications crisis management, is a significant advantage.
- Good command of written and reading English is an advantage.
