As (PPEM - Project & Performances Execution Manager) you will be responsible for;
- Engineer level with advanced automotive experience. An experience on an automotive project is an advantage as well.
- Automotive technical knowledge (car design and related performances) and specific understanding in the field of his responsibility: how to build, optimize a validation plan, and setup a follow up.
- Knowledge of the parts readiness and change management processes e tc.
- Deep knowledge of the customer Product Development Process, its main milestones, and expectations function of the phases (detailed design, product and process adjustment, industrial production etc.).
- Knowledge of customer IT Systems tools: Enovia, Team center, CODEP, eBOM,
- Ability to lead & animate international meetings and to argue/ convince / facilitate in a multi-cultural and in a multi-functional context.
- Capacity to decide on the arbitrations to be made when they are in the scope of the SSTM delegation.
- Ability to warn in a timely and accurate manner, to trigger escalation processes if needed, to set up a recovery plan and to handle it.
- Synthesis, responsiveness, rigour , quality of the reporting and good interpersonal
- Languages: Good level of English is required (written, read and spoken), other languages depending on project location.
