Starting June, 2026 this 18-month rotational program is designed to fast-track your growth through immersive experiences, hands-on projects, and a robust curriculum tailored to your engineering background. You’ll work alongside industry experts, contribute to meaningful projects, and gain exposure to every corner of our Grid Integration business. Your background

 

  • Senior undergraduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
  • Anticipated graduation by May 2026
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project planning
  • Self-driven with a passion for leadership and operational excellence
  • Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in United States
