  • Troubleshoot defects across apps, flows, data, performance, and security; serve as a senior technical escalation point.
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects, program staff, and end users during East Coast core hours; gather requirements and translate them into maintainable designs.
  • Follow federal security, privacy, and configuration-management practices appropriate to a classified or controlled environment.
Required qualifications

  • Ability to design complex Power Automate workflows, expressions, error handling, and bulk/import-style processing.
  • Working knowledge of Dataverse security, solution architecture, and environment strategy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on a remote federal program team.
  • U.S. citizenship as required for the clearance and contract.
Preferred qualifications
  • Experience supporting DoD, Navy/NAVWAR, or other federal Microsoft 365 / Power Platform programs.
  • Dynamics 365 (model-driven) experience; Ribbon Workbench or custom command-bar work.
  • Power BI: DAX, star-schema modeling, and production report delivery.
  • Azure integration (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Entra ID / identity patterns).
  • ALM tooling: Power Platform pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
  • Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-300, or equivalent hands-on depth.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust, NIST, and government cloud / GCC / GCC High considerations.
