The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Power Platform Developer to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA) who is committed to medical excellence, health care improvement and ensuring military personnel are ready to perform combat operations and humanitarian missions at home and abroad. In this role you will provide architecting, designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. This role is the expert responsible leading low-code application development that drives digital process transformation, oversees knowledge lifecycle management, and ensures delivery of actionable insights through executive-level dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and management of Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and Power BI reporting.
- Oversee organizational knowledge management, including SOP creation, storage, sharing, and content lifecycle governance.
- Develop and maintain Power BI executive dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and decision ready insights.
- Track and report KPIs to assess performance of knowledge management and process automation systems.
- Provide training and support for staff using Power Platform tools.
- Collaborate with business analysts, backend developers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
- Travel: occasional travel may be required to support customer events and meetings.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and six years’ experience.
- Must be a U.S. citizen and be able to obtain a Tier 3 (T3) Public Trust Clearance.
- Must be IAT Level II.
- Advanced proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and core data modeling concepts.
- Deep understanding of SQL, MS Dataverse, and underlying data structures.
- Expertise in knowledge management and KPI tracking.
- Strong communication and ability to lead cross-functional development initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in identifying and addressing client needs, actively participating in client discussions and meetings, and preparing concise, accurate documents.
- Applies advanced concepts, processes, practices, and procedures on assignments.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office products and related applications.
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess and mitigate potential risks.
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Demonstrated ability to excel independently and as a team member in a lively, collaborative environment.

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
