We’re looking for a Power BI Developer to design, build, and maintain business-critical dashboards and analytics solutions across our SaaS products and internal operations.
This role is focused on Power BI, DAX, and business-facing analytics. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clear metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive decision-making.

Your mission- Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop advanced DAX measures and calculations
- Build optimized data models and reusable datasets
- Ensure performance, accuracy, and scalability of reports
- Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs
- Translate business requirements into KPIs and actionable insights
- Analyze customer and product data to identify trends and opportunities
- Create tailored dashboard views for different personas (executives, product, sales)
- Work with SQL-based data sources and collaborate with data engineers
- Validate data accuracy and consistency across sources
- Present insights in a clear, concise, and compelling way
2+ years of experience as a Power BI Developer / BI Analyst / Data Analyst
Strong hands-on experience with Power BI
Solid proficiency in DAX and data modeling
Experience translating business needs into dashboards and KPIs
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience in a SaaS or product-driven environment
- Strong SQL skills; familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB)
- Experience with Azure / Databricks / cloud data platforms
- Understanding of product analytics (usage, funnels, retention)
- BA/MA degree in a relevant field
