Job Title: Power Automate Subject Matter Expert

Role Overview
We are seeking a Power Automate Subject Matter Expert to help set up best practices and establish a robust automation environment. This role focuses on enabling business teams to streamline processes, integrate systems, and optimize workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud & Desktop Flows: Design and implement automated workflows and RPA solutions.
- Microsoft 365 Integration: Connect flows with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
- API & Custom Connectors: Build and manage integrations with third-party applications.
- AI Builder: Apply AI models for document processing, predictions, and generative prompts.
- Solution Lifecycle Management: Deploy, test, and manage solutions across environments.
- Database Management: Work with Dataverse or SQL Server to support automation.
- Scripting & Logic: Use JavaScript, JSON, REST APIs, and OData queries for advanced functionality.
- Business Process Optimization: Map, analyze, and streamline operations before automation.
- Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Troubleshooting: Investigate failed runs, debug errors, and ensure reliability.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations.
- Experience with APIs, connectors, and scripting languages.
- Ability to analyze business processes and recommend automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Skills Required
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and integrations (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience building and managing APIs and custom connectors
- Experience with AI Builder for document processing, predictions, or generative prompts
