Innovatus Technology Consultants is seeking a skilled Power Apps Developer with expertise in Canvas Apps to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work on innovative solutions for our Department of Defense (DoD) clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and deploying custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, with a focus on Canvas Apps, and must hold an active DoD Secret Clearance.Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, with a primary focus on Canvas Apps.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver user-friendly applications.
• Integrate Power Apps with data sources such as SharePoint, Dataverse, SQL Server, and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Create and optimize workflows using Power Automate to enhance application functionality and streamline business processes.
• Ensure applications meet DoD security and compliance standards, including adherence to cybersecurity protocols.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Power Apps solutions to ensure performance and scalability.
• Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support for deployed applications.
• Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform updates and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Required: Active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Location: Must reside in the continental United States.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Apps, with at least 2 years focused on Canvas Apps.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and connectors.
• Proficiency in integrating Power Apps with data sources like SharePoint, Dataverse, and SQL Server.
• Experience with front-end development concepts, including UI/UX design principles for Canvas Apps.
• Familiarity with DoD security requirements and compliance standards.
• Knowledge of Power Automate for creating automated workflows.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, or equivalent).
• Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Familiarity with Azure services and integration with Power Apps.
• Prior experience supporting DoD or federal government clients.
