Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare marketing plan, work closely with the marketing leader to get annual marketing plan ready,
- Execute the roll out of poultry marketing campaigns to achieve sales target in line with specific objectives as identified in the annual category plans,
- Lead and develop supportive plans and projects to meet marketing objectives. Responsible for deliverables and execution of such programs,
- Build metrics to track success and identified gaps versus planned outcomes,
- Manage marketing opex budget and ensure appropriate allocation,
- Prepare and supply marketing materials such as brochures, leaflets, posters, technical bulletins,
- Working closely with agencies and cross functions in the production and approval of all materials and ensuring compliance with internal procedure and country specific regulatory/promotional requirements,
- Analyze needs of customers, spend time in the field to identify customer insight,
- Build relationship with KOLs, consultants, associations, promote Elanco brand internally and externally to improve engagement,
- Responsible for digital marketing activities, cooperate with the digital teams mainly in CEERTMEA and also International/Global, if needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- Fluency in Turkish and English language is essential,
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience,
- Ability to comprehend and adapt to different cultural situations and perspectives,
- Results driven team player, experience in teamwork and project management,
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple tasks,
- Demonstrable passion for marketing,
- Personal accountability and strong drive for execution,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Excellent organizational and performance skills,
- Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
Additional Preferences:
- Mobile and can work across different cultures,

- Travel required regularly within Turkey and occasionally EMEA region/or globally, up to 40%.
