The Digital Modernization Sector has an opening for a PostgreSQL Database Administrator to work in Woodlawn, MD
This position requires onsite work in Woodlawn, MD five days a week.
Day to Day Responsibilities:

Administration of PostgreSQL databases throughout the development and production lifecycles in a AWS environment.

Design and develop logical and physical database designs from customer requirements.

Provide advice and support to development resources.

Provide guidance in the creation and modification of standards and procedures.

Supporting the standing standards, policies, and procedures of the customer team.

Provide mentorship to group members and will be expected to help develop and support mid and junior level staff.

May be scheduled for after hours on-call support and will be required to apply production packages during non-peak hours.

All other duties as assigned or directed.
Education & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree and 10+ years of experience in a training-related field OR Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience in a training-related field. Additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.

Pay Range:Pay Range $126,100.00 - $227,950.00
