JD Change Management
As the Change Manager you will be part of the Database Production Services team who are key to ensuring IT Service availability & allowing the business to function and operate effectively with overall change process enablement.
We will count on you to:
- Manage end to end change management lifecycle from initiation to closure.
- Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance
- Manage queues for Database related change requests utilizing domain knowledge to manage changes efficiently through their lifecycle
- Facilitate communications about changes and change reviews which requires coordination among involved teams and requester.
- Prepare and maintain change management reports.
- Ensure changes are appropriately categorized, prioritize and scheduled.
- Help and support other areas of the IT Service Management for better hygiene and governance cadence.
Experience :
- 3+ years of working experience in ITIL change management process.
- Exposure to ITIL Service Management (or similar) processes and methodologies.
- ITIL Foundation certified.
- Good experience in application, database or other application related technology support.

Skills Required
- At least 1+ years of PostgreSQL experience
- Experience installing and planning PostgreSQL server installation on Linux
- Hands-on experience creating PostgreSQL databases and objects
- Create, update, and drop users and roles in PostgreSQL
- Experience implementing PostgreSQL backup and recovery processes
- Experience working in a Linux environment
- Demonstrate proficiency in communication and a good level of English
- Ability to work closely with offshore teams to ensure smooth handover
- Performance tuning experience (PostgreSQL)
- Experience with pgAdmin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; good writing skills
