We are looking for a hands-on Post Trade Operations Specialist responsible for executing and monitoring crypto and fiat settlements, running daily reconciliations, and resolving exceptions.
This role is part of a global team providing 24/7 coverage, and we are specifically looking for candidates who are able to work US shift hours.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Capture and validate trade details, ensuring accuracy across the full trade lifecycle.
- Perform initial checks, trade confirmations, and maintain accurate book management.
- Maintain the crypto wallet address inventory and tagging governance (team/entity) with daily exception checks
- Reconcile daily positions, cash, and PnL, investigating and resolving breaks with internal teams and counterparties.
- Manage settlements in both crypto and fiat, coordinating fund movements with custodians and exchanges.
- Track and reconcile balances across custodians, exchanges, bank accounts, DeFi venues, and internal ledgers.
- Support lifecycle events such as token unlocks, margin calls, and structured product settlements.
- Collaborate with operational teams to streamline processes, mitigate risk, and ensure smooth global handovers.
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of operational workflows and processes.
- Support timezone-based shift coverage and smooth handovers between SG, UAE / EU, and US teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in trade support, settlements, or reconciliation within financial or crypto markets.
- Knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and digital asset settlement flows.
- Familiarity with digital asset custodians and blockchain settlement processes.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in SQL
- Effective communicator and team player, with flexibility to work shifts for global coverage.
Preferred Background:
- Finance, accounting, or operations experience in a trading or financial institution.
