Manage end-to-end sales cycles, own P&L targets, use CRM for pipeline forecasting, advise clients on derivatives, algorithmic strategies, market-making and DeFi/CeFi mechanics, and collaborate with trading, technology, operations, and marketing teams to onboard and scale business.
