Job Description
Coordinates the preparation of loan and lease packages by gathering and reviewing required documents and information within designated time frames, ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and investor standards. Communicates with staff, business lines, customers/clients, legal counsel, etc. to respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and obtain any additional documents needed to complete the file. Ensures and maintains compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, investor requirements, and customer service standards. 
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Typically two to three years of experience in quality analysis and measurement activities
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of legal documents used to support applicable loan/lease processing
- Ability to work with legal staff to solve complex documentation needs
- Ability to work effectively and accurately in a fast paced, high production, professional environment
- Ability to apply critical thinking for all elements of loan documentation and system review
- Ability to master the bank’s documentation software
- Advanced knowledge of closing policies and procedures, funding policies underwriting requirements, governmental and agency requirements, terminology and automated processing systems
- Advanced knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes for assigned product(s) 
- Attention to detail with focus on producing high quality results
- Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills 
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to identify and mitigate risks
- Adaptable to changing processes and procedures

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $22.50 - $30.00
