We are seeking an innovative and adaptable Policy Owner Services (POS) Team Supervisor.

As a POS Team Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient management of policy servicing operations, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will oversee a high-performing team, manage key relationships with intermediaries and clients, and help drive the digital transformation of our processes. This position calls for a personality that is proactive, solution-oriented, and excited about leveraging modern technology to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality, professional, and courteous service to intermediaries, brokers, policyholders, and other internal and external stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the POS team, ensuring all tasks are executed in line with company standards and timelines. Foster a culture of accountability, open communication, and collaboration.
  • Policy Administration: Efficiently manage policy servicing requests, including changes and surrenders, ensuring data accuracy and timely processing.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Champion the adoption of modern technologies and processes. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our workflows, procedures, and systems. Support the transformation of legacy systems to new, more efficient solutions.
  • Payment Authorization: Review and approve outgoing payments in accordance with local procedures and policies.
  • Collaborative Work Across Departments: Work closely with internal teams such as Call Centers Finance, Actuarial, IT, Legal & Compliance, Sales and Marketing to ensure seamless and efficient business operations.
  • External Stakeholder Engagement: Develop strong relationships with external partners, including the MetLife distribution network, brokers, and clients. Provide expert advice and assistance in resolving any policy-related issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Engage in various projects within the POS department, including audits, testing (RBCT, NFRA), and supporting GDPR compliance and other regulatory initiatives.


What We're Looking For
Educational Background: Secondary school education (high school diploma).

  • Professional Experience:
    • A minimum of 3 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the insurance industry.
    • Experience in policy servicing or related fields is an advantage.
  • Skills & Competencies:
    • Medium or Advanced English language skills, both written and spoken.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to work independently, while being a collaborative team player.
    • Strong customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach .
