Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement strategies that will drive the adoption and usage of Point of Sales (POS) solutions.
- Liaise with application support arm of IT to promote & improve on security around the e-channels, conduct training and staff awareness sessions to improve product and channels knowledge.
- Periodic review of the bank’s POS business plans to ensure conformity to world best practice/ standards on all the self-service channels/product lines.
- Performance monitoring of the POS functionality, income earnings and increase in customer base.
- Carry out market intelligence activities to appraise the channel/product in comparison with competition in line with industry trends and global standards.
- Manage end-to-end the process of deployment of POS Terminals within agreed TAT.
- Ensure service uptime of POS terminals.
- Development of new and innovative products around the POS business
that would impact into the banks value and culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and services
- Minimum experience – 2-3 years relevant experience.
- Confidence and proficiency in Digital banking operations
- Proven track record of successful client relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
