This pivotal mid-senior role is all about driving the development and maintenance of a competitive portfolio and pipeline.
You'll be at the forefront of identifying and assessing opportunities that will shape the future of Sandoz NL, ensuring alignment between local and global strategies and market dynamics.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a diverse team, including the launch manager, business units, medical team, supply team, and regulatory affairs team, to keep our portfolio both profitable and competitive. Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Analyze and assess Sandoz and competitor portfolios, staying ahead of market trends.

Spot opportunities in the NL market and communicate them effectively to the regional portfolio team.

Conduct in-depth market research and gather product-specific information for pipeline products.

Lead product assessments and develop compelling business cases.

Facilitate portfolio meetings with the management team to discuss new potential products and significant changes.

Keep the product pipeline up-to-date from the portfolio phase through to the launch phase.

Drive the pruning process and prepare strategic pruning proposals.

Oversee product lifecycle activities, including portfolio harmonization and marketing authorization.

Leverage digital tools and technologies to enhance portfolio management processes and strategies.
What you’ll bring to the role:
Essential:
-
2-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
-
University degree, preferably in life sciences or a related field.
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English.

Proactive, analytical mindset with exceptional stakeholder management skills.

Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams.

Strong skills in digitalization and familiarity with digital tools and technologies.
Desirable:

Strong understanding of product commercialization processes.
You’ll receive:
We offer a one-year temporary employment contract with a probation period, flexible working arrangements, and ample learning and development opportunities. Based on performance, we provide the potential for an indefinite employment contract after the first year.
