As a Portfolio Manager III within PNC's Technology organization, this is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations.
The Product Awareness & Adoption role is responsible for developing and implementing strategy for promoting CTO products and the CTO organization, with focus on defining the audience, developing positioning strategies, and differentiating the product. Position requires strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and re-prioritize. They should also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-- Align the team around overall Technology strategies
-- Creating content: Writing copy for newsletters, memos, press releases, and other materials
-- Managing social media: Managing social media platforms and advancing digital strategies
-- Promoting the brand: Creating marketing materials to promote the team's brand, products, services, and mission
-- Managing crises: Helping to manage crises and ensure effective communication with employees, partners and customers
-- Collaborating with teams: Working closely with senior executives and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Job Description
- Manages the facilitation and coordination of all assigned portfolios. Leads the highest complexity of portfolios which require planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically, portfolio size may be greater than $70m.
- Manages the development and approval process for strategic initiative governance for assigned portfolios.
- Participates in the development and review of analysis and reporting information related to key strategic portfolio milestones.
- Oversight and accountability for the portfolio budget while working to ensure success of the portfolio.
- Acts as a mentor to other portfolio managers. Works across multi-disciplinary functions, and manages vender relationships to ensure success of the portfolio. Consults with project and program managers/teams as needed.

Work ExperienceRoles at this level typically require a university / college degree. Higher level education such as a Masters degree, PhD, or certifications is desirable. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
